GENERAL

You, Your, Yourself refers to you, the buyer
I, Me, Myself refers to me, the artist/seller.By requesting a commission from me you agree to these terms and conditions.
Please take the time to read them. Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. You will receive an invoice with the terms and conditions that you have agreed to outlined at the time of order.

DELIVERY & TIMEFRAME

  • As an estimate, commissions can take from 3-10 days. This is a general estimate and can be affected by health, wellbeing and etc. I will contact you to let you know if it will take longer.

  • You are entitled to two edits, any aditional edits will come at an additional $5USD fee per edit.

  • The commission is digital and NOT a physical product. Artwork will be emailed to you, and depending on the choice of commission, what you will receive is listed in "COMMISSION"

PRICES & PAYMENT

  • All commissioned pieces will need to be paid in full before I can start on it.

  • All prices are listed in USD. Please use Google for an approximate cost in your currency. I am not responsible for any currency changes after placement of order.

  • Prices listed in the "COMMISSION" tab are general. Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the character/clothing. I will let you know if that is the case.

  • Prices listed here do not include any fees charged by your payment merchant. Any additional fees from payment merchants(I am not charging this) will be covered by you.

  • Do not request chargebacks. I reserve the right to copyright claim if a chargeback is made. Any rights to the commission is revoked if a chargeback is made.

CANCELLATIONS

  • If I have started the commission, you can receive 50% of the total price charged for the commission by me(this does not include any additional fees from payment merchants).

  • Do not request chargebacks. I reserve the right to copyright claim and use the artwork for commercial purposes if a chargeback is made. Any rights to the commission is revoked if a chargeback is made.

COPYRIGHT & USEAGE

  • You will not trace or reproduce art commissioned by me.

  • You will not heavily edit the commission created my me.

  • You will not claim the art was made by yourself.

  • Art is useable by me for gallery and self-promotion purposes.

  • Commissions are not to be used by you for commercial purposes. Commercial purposes means they are buying the artwork directly, eg. posters, keychains and merchandise etc. For commercial rights, please contact me for prices.

  • If you are using my art for commercial purposes without authorisation you are agreeing to the copyright & useage section and have agreed to purchase commercial rights from me.

  • If my art has been used for commercial puposes by your business without my consent, I reserve the right to send a commercial rights invoice.
